Requirements:
- Male.
- Ages between 27-35 years old.
- University Degree from reputable university, majoring in Architecture.
- Knowledgeable in using Auto Cad, preferably with 2D/3D/sketchup presentation, Photoshop, Microsoft Office and Multimedia.
- Minimum 3 years experiences in site supervision for housing, high risk building, and infrastructure with background from construction management and design consultant.
- Hard worker, ability to work under pressure , goal setting minded, good communication skill and good team player.
- Computer literate.
- Fluent in English oral and written.
Quantity Surveyor
(Jakarta Raya)
Requirements:
- Male, age between 30 -40 years old
- University Degree from reputable university, majoring in Civil Engineering
- Master in making contract packages regarding division of work to facilitate bidding & construction
- Supervise the QS consultant to pre-qualify contractors & suppliers
- Supervise the QS consultant in conducting pre bid conferences and conducting actual biddings for all contract packages
- Minimum 3 years experiences in national developer (housing, high risk building, and infrastructure) as coordinator / assistant manager
- Hard worker, ability to work under pressure, goal setting minded, good communication skill and good team player
- Computer literate
- Fluent in both English oral & written

Nama saya Eka Kurniawan Muchiar saat ini saya masih bekerja di PT. Budi Lim Architects sebagai Landscape Designer untuk Proyek terakhir yaitu Design Indonesia Pavillion di Expo Dunia Shanghai 2010 (tahap pembangunan) dan Landscape Bank BTPN pada 4 cabang (Kelapa Gading, Puri Indah, Pluit dan Cyber 2). Untuk presentasi dan pembuatan design landscape saya biasa menggunakan Sketch Up, Photoshop, AutoCad dan 3Ds Max (tahap belajar) dan untuk pembuatan Bill of QUantity biasa menggunakan Windows Office. Proyek yang pernah saya tangani di Jakarta (SUdirman Park-Design and Build, Bolk M Square (Build), Mall Pondok Indah II-Build, di Bali (Kriya Spa Grand Hyatt Bali-Build, Hotel New Kuta Condotel-Design and Build, Pecatu Indah Resort-Design and Build) dan proyek lainnya.
